terrible experience again on self pick up. No notification from SF, need to pay $15 extra for getting the parcel from locker. If you can provide real time alert / reminder for the parcel arrive locker, it will greatly help. When I received your message, it is the day time of next day. I can only pick it after work when is already over 24 hours. Poor shopping experience.

I am very sorry to hear about this terrible experience with the pickup. I completely understand how frustrating it is to pay an extra $15 penalty fee, especially when you weren't notified in time.
The lack of SMS is actually a recent policy change by SF Express across Hong Kong to reduce SMS phishing scams. Because of this, they have transitioned almost entirely to their App notifications.
We do try to bridge that gap via our system—we sent a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link on Jan 19th at 7:39 PM—but we understand that email alerts can sometimes be missed or delayed compared to a direct text.
To ensure you never have to pay that penalty fee again, we suggest selecting an SF Store (which allows 48 hours for pickup) or opting for direct To-Door delivery for your next purchase. Thank you for your feedback; it helps us advise other customers on these courier changes.
