Collection: Colored Contact Lenses

26 products

Colored contact lenses — colour cons, or 美瞳 — add subtle or dramatic colour to your eyes, ideal for daily makeup, dates, and photography. This collection covers Acuvue, Alcon, Bausch + Lomb, Clalen, Delight and FreshKon, spanning natural-tone designs (close to your own eye colour, complexion-enhancing) through Korean-style enlarging lenses (visible iris expansion, vivid patterns).

When choosing colour lenses, the printed diameter and the pattern decide how much enlargement you get: a smaller diameter with a softer pattern reads closest to a bare eye and suits work or school, while a wider diameter with a defined outer ring gives a more dramatic effect for photos and events. Lenses in this collection come in 8.5mm and 8.6mm base curves — worth confirming which one fits you before ordering.

Styles here come in prescription (nearsighted powers down to -10.00) and plano (no prescription) versions, whether you wear lenses for vision correction or purely for styling. Dailies suit first-time or occasional wearers; monthlies suit regular wear and spread the cost further.

Common questions

Are colour con, 大眼仔 and 美瞳 the same thing?

Yes. Coloured contact lenses go by several names in Hong Kong — colour con, 大眼仔, 美瞳 and 有色隱形眼鏡 all describe the same thing: a lens with colour or a pattern added, changing the colour and the apparent size of the pupil.

Can I wear them if I am not nearsighted?

Yes. This collection covers both zero-power (0.00) and prescription versions, so you can wear them for the look alone if you need no nearsighted (myopia) correction.

How do I choose the enlarging effect?

It comes down to the coloured diameter and the pattern. Smaller diameters with softer patterns read closest to a natural eye and suit everyday wear; larger diameters with a defined outer ring give a more pronounced effect and suit photos and events.

Can I wear coloured lenses with astigmatism?

Yes, using a toric coloured lens. Alongside your nearsighted power you will need the astigmatism power and axis, so please send a full copy of your prescription when ordering. See coloured contact lenses for astigmatism.

Daily or monthly?

Dailies use a fresh lens each time with no cleaning routine, which suits newcomers and occasional wear. Monthlies spread the cost over a longer period and suit regular wear. If it is your first time, have an optometrist fit them first.
