Step 1: Choose your favourite brand

WateryEyes carries the following contact lens brands — click through to browse:

You can also use the "Brands" menu at the top of the site, or the brand section on the homepage.

Step 2: Choose the type and function you need

As well as by brand, our contact lenses can be browsed by replacement schedule, corrective function, and base curve.

Base curve: 8.3 to 9.0, selectable from the "Base Curve" menu at the top of the site.

You can also open the search box using the magnifying glass in the top right corner.

Step 3: Select the options you need

Colour lenses: on the product page, choose base curve, power, colour and quantity (number of boxes), then click "Add to cart". Example: FreshKon Alluring Eyes 1-Day (30 lenses).

Non-colour lenses: on the product page, choose base curve, nearsighted/farsighted, power, CYL (if applicable), axis (if applicable), ADD power (if applicable) and quantity, then click "Add to cart". Example: Acuvue Moist 1-Day for Astigmatism (30 lenses).

If you picked the wrong option, click the shopping bag in the top right corner to change the quantity or remove the item.

Step 4: Checkout options

Once items are in your cart there are two ways to check out: (default) Checkout and PayPal Express. If you are not sure whether you have a PayPal account, we recommend the default checkout.

Step 5: Delivery method

After clicking "Checkout" in the cart, you will first be asked how you want to receive your order:

  • Ship to an address (a local phone number is required)
  • Store pickup (select "Pick up" on the next page)
  • Ship to a locker, convenience store or other pickup point (please install the SF Express app before ordering; a local phone number is required)

You then continue to checkout and fill in your contact email and delivery details. If you chose to ship, you can pick the SF Express packaging:

  • SF Express — Bubble Wrapped Envelope: $30
  • SF Express (Box) — Cardboard Box: $40

For store pickup, select "Pick up" on the checkout page. Our shop address and opening hours are on the Contact Us page.

Please note that using your browser's autofill on the email field may overwrite the pickup address the system filled in for you.

Step 6: Payment

Payment methods and steps are in the Payment Guide. After paying you will receive an order confirmation email; once shipped, the delivery email will carry the tracking number.
