If you are unsatisfied with you purchase, please take a picture of the products and e-mail your compliant together with your name, order number contact number and the photo to hello@wateryeyes.hk. Our customer service representatives will process and work out a solution to your case.
In case of any disputes, Watery Eyes reserve the right of final decision on the order's eligibility for return or refund.
