Shipping policy

We process all orders during working hours from Monday to Friday, and we are committed to dispatch the orders within 5 working days.

Certain products (including, but not limited to color contacts, contacts for Farsighted, Astigmatism or Presbyopia) may require longer processing times, ranging from 5 to 14 working days.

In the unfortunate event where the contacts you ordered are out of stock, the order lead time may take as long as 3 months. We will notify you in case your order is out of stock, and you will be presented with option to continue ordering, or to cancel the order. If you opt to cancel the order, we will process the refund within 5 working days.

 

Carrier and Delivery Region

  • Hong Kong (via SF Express $30, ETA: 1 to 2 working days)
  • Macau (via SF Express $50, ETA: 2 to 4 working days)

Above ETA are estimated based on our prior user experience, if you require a more accurate ETA, kindly consult with customer service of said logistics providers

SF Retention Service Fee of $15 per day may be applied if customers are unable to pick up their parcels within the designated period at SF Business Stations, SF Stores or SF Lockers.

Remote To-Door Surcharge of $10 may be charged on designated remote areas.

Remote Pick Up Surcharge of $5 may be charged for pick ups at SF Service Partner Points or SF Lockers located in designated areas (Lamma Island, and Cheung Chau).

Orders with value over the following amount may enjoy free shipping in:

  • Hong Kong - $400
  • Macau - $800

Free Shipping does not cover SF Retention Service Fee, Remote To-Door Surcharge, nor Remote Pick Up Surcharge.

 

Taxes and Duties

All listed prices are exclusive of any relevant taxes and import duties. The customer is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and/or other charges arising from import. Furthermore, if the package is delayed or returned to us due to the customer's failure to pay taxes, or late submission of documents required by relevant tax authorities, our store shall not be held responsible.

We will contact you and book and appointment with you once the order is ready for pick up.

If the order is not collected within 30 calendar days of our notification, we will charge storage service fee of $100/day. If the accumulated storage service fee exceeds the order value, we reserve our right to dispose your order.
